Established in 2002, we are a dynamic property development company with a focus on sustainable projects, venturing into commercial building, high-rise residential and integrated developments.

To date, we have delivered the boutique residential projects Zehn Bukit Pantai, GenKL and Sastra U-Thant, as well as the Residensi Wilayah project Aman Jalil (Phase 1), which has successfully sold out.

On the commercial front, we have completed Menara Technip, a GBI-Gold Certified Green Building accredited by Green Building Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
